My name is Angelo Ballas and in May of 2002, my wife, Georgia, and I bought the restaurant from my uncle George Ballas.

Uncle George gave me the opportunity to become a part of one of Winston-Salem’s famous landmarks; for that, I am truly grateful. I want to express my sincere appreciation for your continued patronage, even in the absence of “Big George.” I will strive to deliver the quality and service you’ve come to expect from us, at grecian corner, since 1970.
